Here at Alpine Adult Education (AAE) we are devoted to helping you achieve your goal of earning a High School Diploma! Our program will help you to complete your diploma and open new doors for your future!
At our location in American Fork, we have a free-access computer lab and teaching assistants available to help you with your course work. If you have a busy schedule, don’t worry! We use the same online learning platform and curriculum as East Shore Online. Because our curriculum is online, you’ll have access to your courses anywhere that there is an internet connection available.
Our staff is here to help YOU succeed! Stop in any time during our business hours to meet with a counselor or to receive tutoring and help with your course work.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]
The first step is to stop by our facility and REGISTER. We’ll have you fill out some paperwork and get you set up with an account.
Next, we’ll have you take the Test of Basic Adult Education or TABE ASSESSMENT. This will help us know your levels in reading, math, and language and give us a better idea of how we can best help YOU! Please note: This is a test we are required to give to all adult students.
Step three is MEET WITH A COUNSELOR to determine what you need to do to obtain your diploma and the best approach for completing your goal. It helps to have a plan of action!
Once you’ve completed the registration process, you’ll be ready to begin your online courses and eventually earn your Adult Diploma![/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner]
Before You Come in to Register…
In order to prevent any delay in getting you started, we want you to be prepared when you arrive at our facility![/vc_column_text]
You’ll need to bring a valid form of Utah Identification. This could be a Utah driver’s license, a library card, a utility bill with your current address etc. We need something to verify that you are a resident of the State of Utah.
There is a one time registration fee of $50.00. Please bring a debit or credit card to pay this fee, as we cannot accept cash or check.
The registration process, from start to finish, can take anywhere from 2-3 hours. Please plan to arrive at our facility at least 3 hours before we close. We won’t be able to begin the process if you arrive any later.
